ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Talia Wujtewicz. That’s pronounced voy-TEV-yitz, but don’t worry, I won’t quiz you.
I partner with small and mid-size nonprofit organizations to build sustainable, strategic approaches to funding. My work includes drafting compelling grant proposals, preparing grant reports, and conducting prospect research to identify the right funders for each organization’s mission. My favorite part of this work is getting to know each nonprofit and designing a strategy tailored to their unique goals – because there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach.
With experience in both in public charities and charitable foundations, I’ve worked on both sides of the grants process. I know what it takes to write a compelling proposal, and I also know what funders are looking for when they’re reviewing one. My approach is grounded in trust-based philanthropy and shaped by experience in everything from two-person grassroots teams to large national organizations. I believe in meeting organizations where they are and creating tailored solutions that actually work for their size, culture, and goals.
